The financial costs of the university's physical development have dropped significantly. This includes provision for on-campus construction and maintenance for student facilities such as residential colleges, college halls, laboratories, streets and buildings that support students' daily activities on campus.

A minimum of RM1,000,000.00 (1 million) of annual funds is required to fund these maintenance works.
